Technical Mind Behind

Mr. Gurminder Singh Sodhi, Proprietor of MULTITECH ENGINEERS is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a flair for custom designing of machines. Having been closely associated with his illustrious father Shri. Darshan Singh Sodhi was working in Greaves Cotton as a Senior Service Engineer in Reduction Gear Box Department. And has vast practical experience in this field.

This unique experience and skill earned him to Design 90gms Screw type Horizontal Injection Moulding Machine, 300 Granulator in 1987 after that this skill grown up and made the machine at the international level, designed as Vertical Cum Horizontal Injection Moulding Machine, working around and Exported the same. This working and creating habits again earned him to design and setup the Waste Management Plant for Owens Corning India Ltd. At Taloja -Mumbai. The scope of work included the designing of a Shredder, Granulator, conveyors, erection and maintenance of this plant for down sizing the forming scrap in to around 10-15 mm. granules size. This plant was successfully installed and commissioned in September 1998 and has been operational without any breakdowns. This is the first plant of its type among Owens Corning group Internationally and continues to draw the attention of OC visitors from other plants especially from Korea and Brazil. Many more scrap handling plants, has been supplied in our country and abroad.
